Kody Brown and the "Sister Wives" (Sun., 9 p.m. ET on TLC) sat down for an interview with Natalie Morales after the season finale of their hit show, and it was Christine who immediately stood out for her brutal honesty about their unorthodox relationship.
Christine admitted to feeling a lot of animosity over the years with Meri specifically. At the same time, she admitted that she doesn't completely trust any of her fellow sister wives. If anyone had the illusion that it was one big open and happy family in the Brown clan, things haven't always been so rosy.
Christine further admitted that she'd hoped that Meri would never have children, because she wanted the fact that she'd fathered children with Kody to be a special thing for her and her alone. She also thought of Robyn as an enemy at one time. So while they've all agreed to share their lives in this relationship, it's clear that the reality of polygamy can be a struggle.
The Browns belong to the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ Of Latter-Day Saints. While The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints has officially rejected polygamy, the Brown family openly continues with the practice.
