Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick have been hunting for the perfect New York City home for years. Curbed recently reported that the couple had finally settled on a duplex on the Upper West Side.

Not so fast! Curbed is now reporting that the home is back on the market at its old asking price of $21.5 million. According to the listing, the fourteen room duplex in The Brentmore building has eight bedrooms and five and half bathrooms.

Built in 1910, the apartment is filled with charming period details like coffered ceilings, inlaid floors, French doors and soaring ceilings.

It has not been reported why the Broderick's have chosen not to purchase the property, however the Post has sources that told them the sale was "not a done deal yet."
