Human body regeneration science is not something that one comes across every single day. However, this field of science is getting developed every single day. Researches are being carried on in the same and some astonishing discoveries have come up with them. This is an interview with one of the most influential person in this field, Kevin Xu, the CEO of MEBO International and Skingenix. The companies specialize in finding out the application of the human body regeneration science.
Question: Please tell us something about the company and the concept behind it.
Kevin : Human body regeneration concept might appear new to a lot of people, but at the end of the day, this is the future of science. The techniques that we have used over the years have been for the benefit of the people and most of them are quite happy with the services that we have provided.
Question: Well, it is not a secret that this is not the conventional areas, what made you get into this area?
Kevin : My father, Dr. Rongxiang Xu was the inventor of human organ regeneration science, this was one of the major reasons that made me join this particular field. My major aim was to bring into reality the major dream that my father had seen, and that was making this technique standardized applications in the U.S.
Question: How much do you think you have been able to convert your father's dream into a reality?
Kevin : Well, quite a bit, but then there is a whole lot of work left. You might find it interesting to know that Skingenix is the only company in the entire US that is authorized to use the human body regeneration system techniques. Also, with more than 2 decades of experience in the field, we make sure that we provide our customers with the best services possible. Having said that, we are yet a long way to go to be at the position that my father wants us to be in.
Question: What Researches are currently going on in your company and what is the significance of them?
Kevin : Recently, we had gone for the phase two of FDA trials. This was by far one of the most important and significant steps in this field. The reason behind this is that the research is to boost techniques that would help to regenerate human body cells that would help in regeneration of organs in the body. Being the pioneer in the industry, we are not bound by any guidelines, as there is perfectly no guidelines for the botanical drugs. However, we are following certain rules to make sure that our drugs are helpful and healthy for the customers. We also hope that we would be able to provide guidelines to others who are in this particular business.
Question: Being a part of something whose entire concept is not very clear to the general public, there surely must be a lot of problems that you face. Can you please tell us about them?
Kevin : Well, as they say, life is never very easy when you start off something completely out of the box! The biggest challenge from my side would be the perception of this particular treatment for the general mass. The point is that the people of the nation have seen this for ages now in the movies and in the sci-fi, however something really like this might be a turn out for many. Since this is an application science, we expect that people would understand the concept better, as the application of the technique increases.
Question: Being a CEO of such an out-of-the-box organization, what are your duties in the company?
Kevin : Well, my job is to look after the quality of the drug and also conducting clinical trials. I also look into it that my employees are multitasking and are functionally driven. Our company makes sure that people are trained to be multi-taskers. So, that if someday one is absent, the other can make up with the work.
Question: CEO at this Young Age, how does it actually feel?
Kevin : Being associated with the biotech world, you will always have to keep yourself updated. Being the CEO of a company exponentially increases the need of updating yourself. I feel that I have grown as an entrepreneur after being the CEO of the company. My work involves a lot of risk-taking and decision-making. It is fun and at the same time, it is challenging.
Question: Any Advice For The Young Entrepreneurs?
Kevin : Believe in your idea and believe in yourself. Once you have got a research idea, never hesitate to keep working on it, no matter how many times you fail. This is the only advice that I would have for a young entrepreneur.
