On Friday night in Portland, Ore., alt-rock heroines Sleater-Kinney performed together for the first time since 2006, joining Pearl Jam on stage at the city's Moda Center for a cover of Neil Young's "Rockin' In The Free World." Sleater-Kinney -- comprised of Corin Tucker, Carrie Brownstein and Janet Weiss -- has played with Pearl Jam numerous times over the last decade, and frequently appeared onstage with the band during Pearl Jam's 2005 tour. Watch Sleater-Kinney, along with R.E.M. mainstays Peter Buck and Scott McCaughey, perform on "Rockin' In The Free World" below. A second video of Sleater-Kinney and Pearl Jam, this time tearing through the song at Philadelphia's Wachovia Center in 2005, is also included, just for the laugh.
