The owner of one of Colorado's quirky architectural icons may be facing foreclosure. Officially called the "Sculptured House," the home at 855 Vsionary Trail in Golden became a famous when it was featured in the 1973 Woody Allen film "Sleeper."
According to the Denver Business Journal, the home's owner, Michael Dunahay, still owes $2.77 million on a $3.13 million mortgage. A foreclosure filing was made against the home in June.
Software millionaire John Huggins bought the house for $1.3 million in 1999 and added 5000 square feet to the building based on the architect's original plans.
