The commute to work can be taxing, to say the least. Whether we're driving, walking, bussing or taking the train, getting to our desks often tests our patience and our comfort.
One of the many ways we help ourselves with the comfort angle is wearing a pair of sneakers, flip-flops or any type of flat shoe we can find. Once in the office, we slip on our heels or more fashion-forward footwear. And while we're not primarily worried about making any style statements en route to the office, that doesn't mean we can't look good.
Let's face it, power suits and pencil skirts just don't look right with cross trainers. But there's an alternative: slip-on sneakers. They are the perfect combination of casual and chic.
