SNL Roasts Google Glass On 'Weekend Update'

SNL Roasts Google Glass

In the latest sign that Google Glass, the wearable computer that only a handful of early adopters have their hands on, has made it into the mainstream, "Saturday Night Live" parodied the much-anticipated specs on its fake news segment, "Weekend Update."

Fred Armisen, playing a tech correspondent, bumbles through a demonstration of Glass with anchor Seth Meyers. Sure, none of those head twitches are real gestures that make Glass do anything. But point taken: Until Glass gets wide adoption (still a big "if"), people are going to look mad awkward and geeky with it.
