Seventeen years after Nick Broomfield's documentary "Kurt & Courtney," which explored the conspiracy theory that Courtney Love may have been involved in Kurt Cobain's death, there's a new docudrama for those who refuse to believe the Nirvana frontman died by suicide.
"Soaked In Bleach" takes a look at the musician's death from the perspective of Tom Grant, the private investigator hired by Love to track down her husband after he disappeared from a rehab facility outside of Los Angeles in 1994.
The docudrama combines a couple of interviews with some rather cheesy-looking reenactments, and should not be confused with director Brett Morgen's actual documentary on Cobain, "Montage of Heck," which premiered on HBO earlier this month.
For those clinging to conspiracy theories, "Soaked In Bleach," will be released in select U.S theaters and on Vimeo on June 11.
