Sofia Vergara Twerks At Emmys' Afterparty, Shows Miley Cyrus How It's Done (PHOTO)

Sofia Vergara wasn’t just working it on the Emmy red carpet with her gorgeous rouge Vera Wang dress -- at the afterparty, she was also twerking it.

The Colombian actress failed to win her fourth consecutive Emmy nomination Sunday night for her role as Gloria on the ABC hit comedy “Modern Family,” but that didn’t stop the star from celebrating.

Vergara tweeted photos of herself at several afterparties throughout the night, but one picture in particular came with a shout out to Miley Cyrus and to Colombia.

While the birthplace of “twerking” has yet to be officially confirmed, there’s no doubt the 41-year-old actress showed Cyrus how a Colombiana busts a move on the dance floor.
