Auntie Solange is fed up with the ridiculous rumors about her new niece Blue Ivy, and she's not gonna take it anymore. The multi-talented singer, actress, model and mother broke her silence recently on Twitter to speak her mind, defending her sister, brother-in-law and the baby.
Although the Knowles family is likely on cloud nine, after the birth of Beyonce and husband Jay-Z's new baby girl Blue Ivy Carter, the internet has been swirling with countless rumors about the couple, the pregnancy, and baby Blue herself. It seems that the lack of information from the couple--who quite honestly could be considered pop culture royalty--people have decided to make up their own stories, including conspiracy theories about the baby's name, news of angry parents who were unable to see their own newborns, and reports that the singer was, in fact, faking her pregnancy.
Well enough is enough, said Solange, who tweeted this message to the nay-sayers:
The new aunt was clearly ecstatic about her niece, but as rumors began to pour out, she tweeted a cryptic message about distorted information on Jan. 8. After her friend and hip hop artist IBTunes made a comment, Solange retweeted her and finally issued a response.
The star obviously felt strongly about setting the record straight, as she took a break from her very busy schedule that's been filling up more and more. In addition to being a first-time auntie and a mommy to her super cute son Julez, the 25-year-old also signed a contract with Next Model Management. She is also the face of Rimmel London and Carol's Daughter.
Look's like Solange is adding one more thing to her resume: the aunt you don't wanna mess with.
