South Carolina Democrats are heading to the polls on Saturday to make their pick for the party's presidential nominee.

Polls will close at 7 p.m. EST in the Palmetto State, where Hillary Clinton is poised to beat Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), who has already been looking ahead to nominating contests on Tuesday.
