Meet The Language Of America's Future

With more than 37 million speakers in the United States, Spanish is the country’s second-most spoken language. But as anyone from a Latino family knows, it’s not easy to preserve pristine Spanish over time, as new generations become more accustomed to English.

The solution? Mix the two. And with Hispanics set to reach 29 percent of the population by 2050, Spanglish stands a good chance of becoming the language of America’s future.
