Throw on some green, invite some friends over, and mix up a batch of these festive cocktails to celebrate St. Paddy’s Day!
Dancing Maiden
Serves 4
6 oz. Kerrygold Irish Cream Liqueur
4 oz. Teeling Small Batch Irish whiskey
.2 oz. Creme de Cacao
Mint extract
Dark Chocolate shavings
In a bar glass filled with crushed ice, mix all ingredients. Strain into sugar-rimmed martini glasses, garnish with shaved chocolate and serve.
To sugar the rims, sprinkle 3 tbsp. brown sugar into a shallow dish. Moisten the edges of the martini glasses with mint extract and dip in sugar.
Lucky Leprechaun
Serves 4
8 oz. SVEDKA Vodka
4 oz. Limoncello
2 oz. fresh lime juice
2 oz. seltzer
4 mint sprigs
Green sugar for rims
In a bar glass or small pitcher, muddle the mint with lime juice and vodka. Add limoncello, ice, and seltzer. Pour into sugar rimmed glasses and serve.
To sugar the rims, sprinkle 3 tbsp. green sugar into a shallow dish. Moisten rims with lime juice, and dip into sugar.
Irish Eyes
Serves 4
8 oz. Casamigos Tequila silver
4 oz. Pear liqueur
2 oz. fresh lime juice
Splash club soda
Mint Sprigs and lime to garnish
In a bar glass filled with ice mix all ingredients and shake well. Pour into ice filled glasses, garnish with mint sprigs and lime and serve.
