Stacey Ortiz Arrested After Attacking Boyfriend Who Refused Sexual Advances, Cops

Cops: Woman Attacks Boyfriend Who Didn't Want Sex

After a South Florida woman's sexual advances were repeatedly rebuked by her boyfriend, she attacked him before chasing him down the street in his underwear, according to police.

Port St. Lucie Police officers responded to a domestic disturbance call on April 18 and found Stacey Ortiz, 34, running after her nearly naked boyfriend, 27, trying to attack him.

The victim told police that he and his girlfriend had been drinking at a friend's house and had just came home to go to bed.

He wanted to just lie in bed and watch TV, but Ortiz wanted to have sex. After he refused her several times, Ortiz began to attack him, according to a police report, so he fled downstairs and out the garage.

Ortiz allegedly pursued him, smashing the windshield of his truck with a metal mop handle in the process.

Ortiz admitted to damaging his vehicle but told police she was only fighting back after her boyfriend head butted her as a verbal dispute turned physical. Ortiz refused to tell police what the initial argument was about.

As cops judged Ortiz to be the “primary aggressor,” she was charged with battery domestic violence.

Earlier in April, a Coral Springs woman allegedly punched her boyfriend in the face because he wouldn't have sex with her.
