It’s not often that “Late Show” host Stephen Colbert finds himself in agreement with Donald Trump, but that’s what happened this week thanks to an odd line at one of the former president’s events.

Trump ditched the questions at a town hall event in Pennsylvania and played music instead, swaying along to the tunes for 40 awkward minutes.

But Colbert said that might have been the better move for the former president, who “didn’t do so good with the talking” and rolled footage of Trump urging the crowd to vote on Jan. 5 ― two months after the election.

Colbert turned mock serious for a moment.

“It’s rare that I agree with Donald Trump, but I’m a big enough man to admit when I do. I’m with him on this one,” Colbert confessed. “So to all of his supporters: Please. Do not forget to vote on Jan. 5.”
