Stephen Colbert Talks Turkey With Baffled Butterball Customers

“You’ll be fine as long as you don’t take any of my advice."

“Late Show” host Stephen Colbert took over the Butterball Turkey Talk-Line last weekend, and calls quickly went haywire.

One caller threatened to go to the police while another slapped her turkey at Colbert’s request. And don’t even get him started on the contentious issue of stuffing vs. dressing.

See how it all unfolds in the clip above.

“You’ll be fine as long as you don’t take any of my advice,” he warned one caller.

The segment was a followup to one he did last year from the other side of the phone, pestering the hotline’s “turkey experts” with some pretty unusual questions.

Colbert may not be taking calls anymore, but the Butterball experts this year are available by phone, text, chat and email to answer all your last-minute turkey questions... even the unusual ones. Call 1-800-BUTTERBALL or visit the company’s website.
