Recently, I was able to step out of my roles as physician and aging specialist and be a Papa and an older adult. I was interviewed by two of my grandchildren Abigail (age 7), and Hunter (age 10) for the HuffPost Challenge on Facebook, and it turned out to be not only a moving experience, but one which is already a family heirloom. #TalkToMe
