The Steve Hermann developed-and-designed architectural is on the market with a listing price of $5.649 million. The home is perched up in a neighborhood in the Hollywood Hills where the streets are named after birds (like Oriole Drive, Skylark Lane, and Warbler Way). The area is chockfull of celebrities and well-known for its unparalleled views of the city and abundance of multi-million dollar architectural properties.

This streamline home is one of five "flag lots" (a long driveway leading to a rectangle-shaped lot) on Blue Jay Way. Known as the "Kitson House," it sits on an almost half-acre lot and has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a pool overlooking the city.
