Stevie Nicks' Style Evolution: A Look Back At Her Most Epic Outfits (PHOTOS)

Stevie Nicks' Truly Epic Outfits Through The Years

I still remember the first time I heard Fleetwood Mac's "Landslide." Even though it was almost three decades after the song was initially released, I fell in love with singer/songwriter Stevie Nicks. I am not alone, as the gravel-voiced songstress continues to influence contemporary musicians like Taylor Swift and Florence Welch. In 1981 Nicks struck out on her own as solo artist, recording songs such as "Edge of Seventeen," and "Stand Back."

Although I was first obsessed with Nicks' music, her inimitable rock star style is equally inspiring. The woman is basically the definition of boho. If only I could pull off her '70s "Gold Dust Woman" top hats, her tousled '80s hair and the wacky shawls she favors today. To celebrate Stevie Nicks' 64th birthday on May 26th, take a look back at her truly epic outfits, both on-stage and off. Which look is your favorite?
