Stevie Nicks Wrote Poetry About The 'Game Of Thrones' Characters

Stevie Nicks 'Would Love To Write Some Music' For 'Game Of Thrones'

Stevie Nicks was already in the spotlight on television this season with cameos on Ryan Murphy's "American Horror Story: Coven," but she's also been inspired by another major series.

The musician told British magazine Radio Times that HBO's "Game of Thrones" helped her through a difficult personal time and also influenced some of her writing. In late 2011, her mother passed away and Nicks fell ill with pneumonia. "With my pneumonia and my mother’s death I watched the entire first season of 'Game of Thrones.' That certainly took my mind off everything,” she told the magazine.

The Fleetwood Mac singer also wrote some poetry about the "Game of Thrones" characters. "On Jon Snow … on Arya … on Cersei … on Cersei and Jaime, on Khaleesi … I’m always looking for that kind of inspiration," Nicks said.

The singer added that she would also "love to write some music for the show." We can totally see Daenerys shawl twirling to some of Nicks' tunes.
