As a gluten free gal, I am constantly feeling left out when it comes to social drinking. Lucky for me, and for you if you live a gluten free lifestyle, my fiance created this wonderful sangria that is not only gluten free, but delicious (and sweet)!
2 lb. strawberries (cut and sliced)
1 lemon (cut and sliced)
1 bottle white wine
1 cup white rum
4 cups lemonade
2 cups champagne
1. In a large pitcher, combine strawberries, lemon slices, wine, rum, and lemonade.
2. Stir until mixed well.
3. Chill overnight in refrigerator.
4. One hour before serving, add champagne to pitcher and mix well.
