The Sundance Interviews: Video With Elijah Wood, Michael C. Hall, Rose McGowan and More

The Day for Night series traveled to Sundance to talk to some of the filmmakers and cast who have films playing at the festival this year.

Today's installment includes the teams behind Cooties, Cold in July, and the short film Dawn.

Cooties is a comedy/horror film produced by and starring Elijah Wood and written by Leigh Whannell (the Saw series) and Ian Brennan (Glee). Joining them for our interview were co-directors Jonathan Milott and Cary Murnion, and cast members Alison Pill, Jorge Garcia.

Cold in July is a dark Texas noir starring Michael C. Hall (Dexter, Six Feet Under), co-written and directed by Jim Mickle. With them were co-writer Nick Damici, and cast members Vinessa Shaw and Wyatt Russell.

Dawn is a tense, dark short film directed by actress Rose McGowan (Charmed, Grindhouse, Scream, Jawbreaker). During the interview, you"ll even see her dance a little when the music gets too loud next door.
