The Obamas Introduced Sunny To The World Three Years Ago

Happy anniversary, Sunny!

It’s been three years since the world was introduced to Sunny Obama.

In August 2013, President Barack Obama and his family welcomed the pup, a female Portuguese Water Dog who was then 1 year old, to the White House. The family has another other Portuguese Water Dog, Bo, who will turn 8 in October.
