Our Republican opponent is still refusing to take a stand on the Obama Economic Recovery Package.

As yesterday's New York Times documented, we've asked Assemblyman Tedisco time and time again for a simple "yes" or "no" but he won't come down one way or the other. Now we're asking for your help to get a straight answer: Please sign our petition to Assemblyman Tedisco - "Take A Stand!"

While I believe the recovery package is far from perfect, I support President Obama's call for bold action. It's essential we provide middle class tax relief, and create jobs in upstate New York immediately. As we face the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression, voters in Upstate New York deserve to receive straight answers from congressional candidates as to how they would vote on President Obama's recovery package. The least Assemblyman Tedisco can do on his 'road to recovery tour' is say whether he'd vote "yes" or "no." Please sign our petition to Assemblyman Tedisco - "Take A Stand!"
