Cal Consent Campaign Guides You On How To Talk To Rape Survivors

A student group at the University of California-Berkeley created a new poster campaign to help people understand how to better communicate with sexual assault victims.

A project of the Associated Students of the University of California, done in collaboration with other student groups, the Cal Consent Campaign's latest effort is targeting how people talk about sexual violence. The group ran similar campaigns for Halloween and Valentine's Day in the past.

In addition to a series of photos (seen below), they also created Facebook cover photo versions they hope people will use on their personal profiles.

All photos are by Mikaela Raphael. The members of the ASUC Sexual Assault Commission edited the pictures, brainstormed the slogans and most of the picture lay-out, according to Meghan Warner, director of the student group.
