Mom and Me
Sitting down with our parents for honest, face-to-face conversation can be meaningful, enlightening, and maybe even a little scary... But in this instance, it was an HONOR to interview my Mom for the Huff Post's #TalkToMe series. She confesses that what is perhaps her greatest legacy to my sister and me was unintentional. She also shares one of her top intentional goals in parenting and how she got there. I learned that ALL we do as parents can impact the next generation, and an important gift we can give our children is simply being ourselves -- insecurities and all! WATCH!
