Tanning Mom Patricia Krentcil To Appear In Gay Porn

Tanning Mom's Next Role To Be In... Gay Porn

Patricia Krentcil, better known as "Tanning Mom," will leave the tanning bed for the set of a gay porn flick.

You read that correctly. Tanning Mom will appear in a gay porn, according to TMZ. The New Jersey native will reportedly make $1,000 for a cameo appearance in an episode of Lucas Entertainment's "Kings of New York." However, she will be fully clothed and there won't be any sex involved.

"Kings of New York" tells the story of ambitious New Yorkers "who have made it, understood the cost and have sold whatever and whoever they had to." The series has featured celebrity cameos by Andy Dick, Lady Bunny and Michael Lucas.

Marc MacNamara, the writer and director of "Kings of New York," confirmed to The Huffington Post that Tanning Mom will appear in an upcoming Season 2 episode. The episode is about celebrity and how individuals who might not have talent, skill or ambition can become famous. Krentcil plays the owner of a tanning salon where members of the main cast head for some color before a weekend out on Fire Island.

"We expected Patricia to need a bit of hand-holding, but when she showed up we quickly found out we had to hold more than her hand to prop her seemingly inebriated body up," he said via email. "She seemed to having a great time, but it was definitely a challenging day. In the end she delivered Tan Mom in all her glory and that's what people are infatuated with."

Tanning Mom landed the gay porn gig after she emailed Vivid Entertainment President Steve Hirsch about starring in an adult film for his porn company. She was apparently inspired by "Teen Mom" Farrah Abraham's romp with James Deen.

"I see you are trying to buy this sex tape from this Teen Mom, well if you REALLY want to make MONEY then I would agree to let you film me and all my hotness," Krentcil wrote in an email obtained by E! News. "Because let's face it I am far MORE popular and WAY HOTTER than Farrah! Men want a cougar and a real woman not a teenybopper. Contact me back if you're ready to talk serious cash and rock the world."

Hirsch told E! News his company declined because Vivid doesn't do "Granny Porn."

The infamously bronzed 44-year-old first made headlines last year after she allegedly took her 5-year-old daughter to a tanning booth. It is illegal for a child under the age of 14 to use a tanning salon in New Jersey. In February, the charges against her were dropped.
