Taylor Swift Does Not Show Her Belly Button On First GQ Cover

It's T. Swift's world. We're all just living in it.

Taylor Swift covers the November issue of GQ, and the magazine made sure to remind us all that Ms. Swift is Supreme Being of All Things.

Swift appears in a black bikini topped with a dress on her first-ever cover for the men's lifestyle mag, alongside the headline "Taylor Swift Rules the World and We Are Her Loyal Subjects."

“If you don’t take Swift seriously, you don’t take contemporary music seriously," GQ's Chuck Klosterman writes. "There’s simply no antecedent for this kind of career: a cross-genre, youth-oriented, critically acclaimed colossus based entirely on the intuitive songwriting merits of a single female artist. It’s as if mid-period Garth Brooks was also early Liz Phair, minus the hat and the swearing. As a phenomenon, it’s absolutely new.”
