The ladies who landed a spot on this week's best and worst beauty list have us seeing red. Taylor Swift sported her signature lipstick shade in a cream sheen finish, while Erin Heatherton paired her matte red lips with rectangular glasses. Meanwhile, Cate Blanchett looked rather flushed (and not in a good way).
See our picks for the best and worst beauty looks this week and tell us if you agree.
BEST: Taylor Swift
The "Everything Has Changed" singer knows the beauty formula that works best for her: shiny blonde strands (love the straight look!), winged tip eyeliner, matte face makeup and, of course, red lipstick.
WORST: Cate Blanchett
We envy Blanchett's flawless complexion. So we were surprised to see her in this metallic gold eyeshadow, pink blush and berry lip color -- the combination of colors make her look red in the face.
BEST: Erin Heatherton
Now this is how you wear makeup with glasses. The 24-year-old looks stunning with just a swipe of eyeliner, mascara and matte red lipstick. Her tousled ponytail and freckles add a nice touch.
WORST: Emeli Sandé
Sandé's "Our Version of Events" album is one of the most-played records on our iPods, but the Scottish singer hit all the wrong notes with the wrong concealer shade for her caramel skin tone.
BEST: Tina Fey
Funny girl Tina Fey took our breath away with her ombre hairstyle and coral lip gloss. The colors warm up her milky complexion and brighten up her monochromatic outfit.
WORST: AnnaLynne McCord
The "90210" actress suffered from a heavy hand when it came down to her makeup. The gold eyeshadow and bronzer make her look really orange, and her bubblegum pink lipstick only magnifies her mishap.
CiCi is looking super hot these days! The "Body Party" singer added a bit of length to her lob haircut for an effortlessly sexy style. And her subtle smokey eyes, cherry red lipstick and nude nails are certified platinum in our beauty book.
WORST: Juno Temple
Temple's youthful essence comes through whenever she poses for the camera. We just wished that she would've spent a little more time taming her mane and perfecting her kohl-rimmed eyes.
BEST: Padma Lakshmi
When you have a gorgeous complexion like Lakshmi's, there's no reason to cover it up with tons of makeup. She shows us how to keep it simple with loose curls, mascara and plum lip gloss.
WORST: Farrah Abraham
We get that the "Teen Mom" star was partying in Sin City, but even in Las Vegas less is more. The caked-on makeup and overly-done hair take away from Abraham's natural beauty.
