Much ado has been made about 22-year-old Taylor Swift's budding romance with a Kennedy, RFK Jr.'s son Conor Kennedy, a mere 18-year-old. But it looks like the country crooner has won over at least a second person in the famous Kennedy clan: Conor's aunt Rory Kennedy.
"I think she's fantastic and I couldn't be more thrilled," gushed Rory to Us Weekly Sunday. She also admitted to being a "huge fan." "She's a good friend of our family and we all adore her and love her."
Well, not all of them. In August, Swift crashed a Kennedy wedding when she arrived with Conor but refused to leave even after being asked by the bride's mother, Victoria Gifford Kennedy. "I personally went up to Ms. Swift, whose entrance distracted the entire event, politely introduced myself to her, and asked her as nicely as I could to leave," she told the Boston Herald.
Either way, it looks as if Swift is planning on spending heaps more time with the famous family. The "Sparks Fly" singer recently plunkered down a reported $4.9 million for a vacation home near the Kennedy family compound in Hyannis Port, Mass. And just over the weekend, Swift and Conor were spotted doing cute couple-y things like shopping for antiques and dining out near Deerfield, Mass., where the Kennedy kin attends boarding school.
