Cruz's Next Battle
Senator Ted Cruz, a Republican from Texas, listens to a question during an interview in Washington, D.C., U.S., on Thursday, Jan. 30, 2014. Cruz vowed to use a debate over raising the federal debt ceiling as leverage to extract a new round of U.S. spending cuts, even as House Speaker John Boehner told reporters that defaulting would be 'the wrong thing' for the country.
