Reds Batboy, Teddy Kremer, Cheers Todd Frazier Home Run (VIDEO)

WATCH: Reds Deliver Feel-Good MLB Moment

Teddy asked and Todd delivered in one of the most heartwarming moments of the 2013 MLB season.

With the Reds already leading 9-1 in the sixth inning, Cincinnati third baseman Todd Frazier crushed a two-run homer to center field. As Frazier rounded the bases, the team's honorary batboy, Ted Kremer, waited at home plate to greet him. Kremer, a 30-year-old with Down syndrome, developed a special connection with the Reds when he first played the role of honorary batboy in August 2012.

The fans' cheers grew louder as Kremer celebrated the home run. His enthusiasm even made the umpire smile. After Kremer made his way back into the dugout, Frazier was there to give him a big hug. Following Cincinnati's 11-1 victory, Frazier explained why everyone had been so excited.

"He is so funny. He said, 'come on man hit me a home run man I love you.' I said 'I love you too. I'll hit you one,'" Frazier said, via Cincinnati.com. "It was great how excited, that look, I started smiling before I even hit home plate."

Frazier wasn't the only one who enjoyed the moment.
