'Teen Mom 2' Star Arrested Again

"Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans was arrested for the second time within one week, TMZ reports.

The MTV reality star, 20, was busted in North Carolina on Monday for reportedly violating a domestic violence protective order. No other details were immediately available.

Evans was also arrested Jan. 10 and charged with making "harassing phone calls and communicating threats" to her ex-roommate Hannah Inman. However, Evans' attorney claimed the charges were a form of retaliation after she accused a local man of cyberstalking.

"The allegations against Jenelle are completely unfounded and untrue. I believe that everyone will see that once we get this ball rolling and underway," Evans' attorney Dustin Sullivan said after her Jan. 10 arrest.

Evans, who appears with her son, Jace, on the popular MTV reality show, has a past when it comes to run-ins with the law. She was charged with assault in March, and was later sentenced to one year probation and community service after a subsequent drug paraphernalia charge.

In August, the "Teen Mom" star violated her probation after testing positive for drugs.

But Evans isn't the only MTV star with legal issues these days. Fellow "Teen Mom" star Amber Portwood has spent 2012 biding her time in Indiana's Madison County jail on a probation violation charge.
