'Teen Mom' Amber Portwood Admits To Being High For The Entire MTV Show

Following her release from jail, "Teen Mom" star Amber Portwood spoke exclusively with Dr. Phil about her excessive drug use."This is actually my first time on stage sober, so I'm really nervous," Portwood confessed on Dr. Phil's show, in an episode which airs today (Dec. 20). "Every time you see me on that show ['Teen Mom'], I am high."
