ABC News reports that more and more teens are getting plastic surgery, specifically in order to avoid bullying. About 90,000 teens underwent cosmetic surgery in 2007 -- not all cases were due to teasing -- and the most common procedures were nose jobs, breast reductions, breast augmentations, ear tucks and Botox.
