Thanksgiving is just two days away, and we've worked up quite an appetite making shopping lists to tackle Black Friday.

Usually we feel guilty about getting second (and third) helpings of stuffing or pumpkin pie, but it turns out that our favorite Thanksgiving foods could actually improve our appearance.
