Thanksgiving Recipe: Greek Style Stuffing

Ingredients:4 slices of bread (cubed)4 green onions, finely chopped2 Tablespoons fresh parsley (flat-leafed), finely chopped2 Tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped2 Tablespoons fresh mint, finely chopped1/2 teaspoon dried oregano1 Tablespoon olive oilJuice of 1 LemonSalt and pepper

Directions:Soak bread in water for 10 to 15 minutes to moisten the bread. Squeeze out excess moisture. Crumble bread in large bowl. Add all other ingredients, mix well, season w/ salt and pepper. Set aside until ready to use (i.e., stuff turkey or cook separately).

NOTE: You can maintain ratio of bread, onions and herbs (or alter to taste) to increase servings.
