Thanksgiving Recipe: Roasted Shallots in Madeira Wine Cream Sauce

Ingredients:2 lbs. shallots, peeled2 cups of cream1-1/2 tsp. tarragon1/2 stick unsalted butter2 Tbsps. Madeira wine

Directions:Boil shallots 2 minutes, set aside. In mixing bowl combine cream, wine, tarragon. Pour mixture over shallots in baking dish. Dot with butter. Roast 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees. Salt/pepper to taste.
