Satisfy some of your guiltiest food cravings at this new batch of restaurants. Here's where you'll be eating this month.

Trestle
The latest project by the team behind Stones Throw is a nightly three-course prix fixe menu...for only $35. The food and service are impeccable and the vibe unpretentious. We thoroughly enjoyed the beef short ribs with bacon-braised greens and the strawberry-rhubarb Pavlova with balsamic syrup and basil cremeux. Location.

Harvest Table
Charlie Palmer's latest outpost opens its doors at Napa's Harvest Inn, with an emphasis on fresh, locally sourced ingredients (from the garden next to the restaurant). Standouts include the asparagus salad with a crispy hen egg and the yellowfin tuna with fennel yogurt, pickled pepper and watermelon radish. Location.

Belga
This Belgian beer-focused brasserie from the owners of Beretta and Delarosa is a draw for the happy-hour crew. Quaff a few beers and stay for the roasted bone marrow, onion marmalade and horseradish toast or the genever-cured arctic char with fennel, radish, crème fraîche and seeded levain. Location.

Kronnerburger
There may be other menu items, but everyone will go here for the signature burger, served rare with lettuce, onion, pickle, cheddar, mayo and a side of bone marrow. Location.

Tony's Slice House
Just in time for baseball season, Tony Gemignani opened his fourth pizza parlor in the city across from AT&T Park. They've got all sorts of pies on order, from prosciutto with arugula to spinach with ricotta, but we say you go for a good old-fashioned slice of pepperoni and a Mexican Coke. Location.
