What you need: Altoids. Oh, and cute workout clothes if you want.

What you do: Right when you wake up, pop a single Altoid. Wait five minutes, then get dressed.

Why it works: Studies show that peppermint is a stimulant, which even in teeny-tiny doses, can help you feel more alert.

So? Pop an Altoid and go for a run, do some jumping jacks or finally make it to your first-ever Soul Cycle class.
