'The Big Lebowski' House Listed For $2.3 Million: The Dude No Longer Resides

PHOTOS: 'The Big Lebowski' Bungalow For $2.3 Million

Bowling balls, ransom letters, soiled rugs, and a hilarious Jeff Bridges come to mind when recalling "The Big Lebowski," Joel and Ethan Coen's 1998 comedy. Now El Duderino-loving fans (with a bank account as large as The Big Lebowski's) have a chance to pick up a piece of movie history. The Dude's beloved Venice abode has been listed for $2.295 million.

The compound includes six one-bedroom bungalows that sit on over ten thousand square feet of land. It is within walking distance of Abbot Kinney and Main street, a hotbed of art galleries, funky shops, and some of LA's hottest restaurants. In 2005, the property underwent major renovations, including a new sewer line and roofing, according to the official listing. Fortunately (and unfortunately), the units no longer look the same as in the film clip above.
