- Exercising regularly
- Limit alcohol consumption
- Don't smoke, if you do try to quit
- Breastfeed your babies!
Benefit: Breastfeeding means less risk of breast cancer for mothers and their daughters.
Myth: Breastfeeding deprives your mate and other friends and family of their chance to bond with the baby.
