#Bars

The cyphers are probably the most anticipated parts of the BET Hip-Hop Awards and Tuesday night, the cast of the hip-hop-inspiried Broadway play "Hamilton" rocked the mic with The Roots -- Questlove on the 1s and 2s, of course. Dropping lines like, “Playing these dead presidents/I’m getting my reparations” and "I came to represent the ladies of our history/We know the founding fathers but the mothers are a mystery," stars Lin-Manuel Miranda, Daveed Diggs and Renée Elise Goldsberry showed off their rap skills.
