Sex is good exercise. Just trade 30 minutes on the treadmill for a half hour of sex according to a study by the University of Quebec in Canada. I have to admit that I have always been a bit skeptical about this one. But it sure can't hurt to try. I hate the treadmill anyway.
Sex keeps you healthy. During a study at Wilkes-Barre University, the students who had the most sex had the highest levels of immunoglobulin A (IgA), which protects the body from common colds and flu.
Don't get me wrong. You should probably still eat well, exercise regularly, drink lots of water, take vitamins supplements--and whatever health- enhancing activities you think are important. But in my opinion, sex is just the gift that keeps on giving. Don't knock it until you try it--over and over and maybe even over, again.
