Trump Protest Chicago March 11, 2016

A couple of months ago, I wrote an article for The Huffington Post titled What You Can (Still) Learn From Donald Trump. The article had little to do with politics and was more my analysis of Mr. Trump’s communication style. At the time I wrote it, I had no idea that he would be elected the 45th President of the United States. On November 8th, he was. Since then, our nation has been torn down the middle in a way that I’ve never seen. The various responses to his victory are, in my opinion, as fascinating as they are troubling. But make no mistake: this is democracy in action. There are two major takeaways here, whether you voted for or against Mr. Trump: first, votes matter and second, the election is over--it’s time to move forward.

I made this impromptu video message as a follow up, and in order to spread a more positive message than what we are seeing right now.
