The Events At St. Stephens: Skip Coachella, Support We Are Family

D.C. Gets Its Own Version Of Coachella

One of D.C.'s finest bands will be raising money for two of D.C.'s finest causes.

This Friday, The Evens, Ian MacKaye (Fugazi, Minor Threat) and Amy Farina (Ted Leo & the Pharmacists) will be performing at St. Stephens at 7 p.m. for $5.

The show works as a fundraiser for the church, which in addition to holding service plays host to a variety of concerts and community events, and a canned food drive for the We Are Family food bank.

Tickets for the all-ages show are currently on sale at Crooked Beat, Joint Custody and Smash Records in Adams Morgan and the CD Cellar in Arlington. Advance purchase is recommended since the show will likely sell-out.
