'The Face' Casts Nigel Barker, Coco Rocha, Karolina Kurkova For 2013 Show

Nigel Barker Lands His Next TV Gig!

If you're already craving your weekly dose of Nigel Barker (oh, how we miss that lovely bald head), you're in luck: the former "America's Next Top Model" judge has landed his next TV gig!

Oxygen Media just announced the complete lineup for its new modeling competition series, "The Face," which has thus far been touted as The Naomi Campbell Show. As of today, however, there are a few more bold names on the roster. Coco Rocha and Karolina Kurkova will be joining Campbell as the show's "powerhouse trio of supermodel coaches" and everyone's favorite noted fashion photographer will play host.

Coco revealed the news on her blog today, saying, "Naomi, Karolina and I will be introducing the girls to some of the very best photographers, stylists and designers in the fashion world." That glamorous coterie presumably includes Barker, who was fired from Tyra Banks' "America's Next Top Model" after serving as a judge since 2003.

As a career move, "The Face" gig makes sense for Barker, who shared the spotlight with a revolving door of judges (and the indomitable Tyra Banks) during his "ANTM" tenure. Now he'll be the one in front, relegating the supermodels to the background.

But the new gig also strikes us as a clever personal decision: is Nigel getting back at Banks by decamping to a project helmed by her former rival, Naomi?

There's plenty of time to speculate, as "The Face" is just beginning its open casting call for aspiring models. The show, to be executive produced by Andrew Frank (“The Amazing Race,” “Survivor”), won't air until 2013.
