What began as an idea in the mind of Catherine Grace O’Connell, a fashion and lifestyle blogger from Southern California, has grown into a connection of over 1800 women bloggers around the world who want to be heard.
Women over 50 in 2017 are not like the women over 50 from 1970. We are established in our lives, know who we are, and that we are distinctly missing from the dialogue in fashion, advertising, and business. The dynamic is changing though.

Kathy Kaehler, began as a fitness correspondent for the Today Show as well as having taught, trained and inspired icons such as Jane Fonda, Katie Couric, Leesa Gibbons and the Kardashians. She has taken her Fit and Sexy for Life Show and transformed it, along with Catherine O’Connell, into the definitive Radio Show/Podcast for women’s viewpoints and a celebration of wisdom and inner beauty, Cat & Kaehler: Fiercely Empowering Women of All Ages Through the Lens of Midlife
