And The First Member Of The Beatles To Become A Great-Grandpa Is ...

Congratulations are in order!

It seems like only yesterday that The Beatles were taking the world by storm with their floppy hair and boyish good looks. But with news that Ringo Starr has become a first-time great-grandpa, we realize just how much time has passed.

Starr, whose real name is Richard Starkey, became the first of his bandmates to become a great-grandfather after his granddaughter, Tatia Starkey of the band Belakiss, welcomed her first child. Baby Stone Zakomo Low was born on Sunday, The Evening Standard reports.

Tatia is the daughter of Starr’s son, Zak Starkey, who is also a drummer like his dad. Starr has three biological children from his first marriage.

His former bandmate Paul McCartney is also enjoying the joys of grandparenting. McCartney has eight grandchildren ― grandchildren who often beat him at Rock Band!

And if you didn’t feel old enough already, another much beloved musician Mick Jagger already became a great-grandpa two years ago. But the Stones’ Ronnie Wood also just became a father at 68. Oh, the life of a rock star.
