'The Ides Of March': Ryan Gosling, Evan Rachel Wood Get Close (VIDEO)

Ryan Gosling, Evan Rachel Wood Get Very, Very Close

"The Ides of March" is, on the surface and in most of its scenes, a political film. But at its core, it's a morality story, with a political campaign thrown off course by love and scandal.

They call politics Hollywood for ugly people, but there's no debating the steamy attractiveness of the campaign couple featured in the film. Ryan Gosling plays a young hot shot political aide, and Evan Rachel a top intern with sass and a secret. It makes for a sexy seduction, powered by their looks and writer/director George Clooney's words. And so while the film is marketed toward the older, savvier crowd, clips like these make clear that the flick works for all generations.

Oh, and between this summer's big screen fling with Emma Stone, September's romance with Michelle Williams and now Evan Rachel Wood, Ryan Gosling is doing pretty well for himself, no?
